A.
Make sure the grinding bowl is correctly inserted into the motor housing. There may be too many beans in the bowl, unplug the appliance and remove some of the beans from the grinding bowl.
Q.

A.
Oil in the coffee beans will become rancid if left in the grinder. Maker sure there are no coffee beans left in the grinding bowl and clean the bowl after each use.
Q.
Why won't my mini food processor/grinder appliance start?
A.
Be sure the arrow on the bowl is correctly aligned with the Lock signage on the housing and the bowl is completely integrated and flush with the base. Check and make sure appliance is plugged in and outlet is working.
Q.
Why does food chop unevenly or catch on the blades?
A.
There may be too much food in the work bowl. Unplug the appliance and remove work bowl, carefully remove blade and empty work bowl. Replace blade and reduce the amount of food in the work bowl.

The filter and/or the brew basket are not properly placed. Insert a paper liner into filter basket and insert basket properly into brew basket.
Q.
Why does the brewed coffee taste bad?
A.
The coffee maker needs to be cleaned, to clean the coffee maker refer to the "Care and Cleaning" instructions in your use and care manual. OR the wrong coffee grind is being used, use only coffee ground for automatic drip coffeemakers.

Toaster Oven

Q.
Why is my toaster oven not heating or has stopped heating?
A.
The dials are not set for cooking modes, oven is not plugged in, or outlet is not working. Check that all three dials are set to the appropriate setting and the green light is on. Check that the outlet is working and/or make sure that the oven is plugged in.
Q.
Why is there moisture forming on the inside of the door during toasting?
A.
The moisture that forms on the door is common and usually disappears before the end of the toasting cycle. Because the oven is a closed appliance the moisture cannot evaporate as quickly as it would in a toaster oven.
Q.
Why is my food overcooked or undercooked?
A.
Since the toaster oven is much smaller than a conventional oven it may cook slower or faster. Try lowering or raising the temperature setting about 25 degrees from the suggested setting in a recipe or label directions.
Q.
Why is there a burnt food odor or smoking when the oven is in use?
A.
There may be remnants of food on the walls of the oven or in the crumb tray. Refer to the "Care and Cleaning" instructions in the use and care manual for cleaning directions and make sure all parts of the oven are clean and free of debris.
Q.
Why are the heating elements in the toaster oven not turning on?
A.
The heating elements in the toaster oven will cycle on and off during baking. Check the toaster oven to make sure proper function is selected.
